FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE; SUSPENSION OF ENFORCEMENT TEAMS ON OBSTRUCTION / ONE - WAY VIOLATIONS.

 

1. All Enforcement Teams currently operating under the Obstruction & One-way Traffic Offenses Unit are hereby temporarily suspended from operating starting Monday, 26th May, 2025

2. This decision has been made following reports from citizens concerning impersonation and excessive conduct by individuals claiming to represent Imo ENTRACO.

3. We have now introduced a new standardized uniform for our accredited personnel & Identity Cards with security features.

4. Operations would kickstart after operatives are properly trained and kitted with the newly introduced uniforms.

5. When operations resume, all our accredited operatives would operate with ‘Human Face’ which is what we are anchored on.
