What I read from a paid publicist that goes by the name, "The Activist Media" on my earlier exposé, "The Odds Against "Catechist" MacDonald Ebere, PhD" was nothing short of a literary rigmarole. A pure waste of my time. A REBUTTAL aims at nothing but evidential reasons why the original piece is false, misleading or lacking in facts. The author of the laughable REBUTTAL did nothing to address the issues raised. Absolute nathing! That proves it a concessionary rebuttal. It was not a REFUTAL.
I also read a half-denial and a half-concession to Macdonald's advertised posturing as the "anointed successor" to the Governor. If MacDonald Ebere could deny his dead-on-arrival ambition for the office of the Governor because of the odds stacked against the day-dream, or because he has not yet officially declared, let him come clean on the hideous political structure he funds for the forbidden Project. Has he not formed "Team MacDonald" which he code-named "TeamHope" to deceive the uninitiated? What is "TeamHope" posturing for with the name of a Governor who is on his last lap and midway in his second and final tenure? Why is MacDonald desperate to cause divisiveness in the large political family of his Principal whom he drops his name to gain traction? Why did he not form this "TeamHope" prior to the Governor's reelection?
Well, it is gratifying to note that he is in a hide-and-seek game because of his baggages. He will continue in that till he is unable to print any poster, deservingly.
What more facts are false, ambiguous or hidden in the originating piece? Did he deny he is not the only "cock to crow" in Owerri Municipal? Why does he treat all leaders in Owerri Municipal with contemptuous disdain? Does a good leader divide his people, fight them, dehumanize them, oppress them and float on an air of invincibility even when he lacks credibility and, to date, has lost all the elections he ever conducted, for himself, for his youth leader recently, his councilor, his LGA Chairman and his House of Assembly member? How and why does he boast with the success of Imo APC in the guber election? Does he want to be reminded that he had meant nothing to the Governor but just failure save for the Governor's clever foresight in appointing a more credible person to head his Political Bureau? Doe he want us to inform him that it was Hon Barr Enyinnia Onuegbu (Ebekuo) who bore the Governor in strategy and planning in his 27/27 electoral conquest? Or does he want to be schooled that Ebekuo was the defacto Party Chairman with whom the election's exceptional strategies were successfully executed? Why does a man who failed in his Booth and Ward see himself as the miracle he was not? Can he deny that he was beaten blue-black in the Booth nearest to his family house? A whole Chairman?
If Ndaa Willie Amadi was an anti-APC politician as claimed in the verbose but watery concessionary rebuttal, why does he still enjoy a robust relationship with our Governor? If Hon Amanze Njamanze is a political villain, why would the same Governor deem him fit for a juicy political office as a Special Adviser? Does that not tell enough of the overbearing nature of MacDonald? Is he more Catholic than Pope? Or is the Governor in default of anti-party activities also?
Who is that leader that enjoys charity abroad and is rejected and despised at home like a leper? How many more people in the immediate Amawom enclave does MacDonald Ebere want to maim, or imprison after what he did against his fellow natives -
Hon Nkwodimma - the former IMC Chairman (whom Mac gossipped out of power), Hon Chris Nzeh - the former SOLAD (whom Mac politically frustrated and defrauded till his death), Prince Evans Anozie - his erstwhile bosom friend (whom Mac defrauded with a dud cheque and later locked up in Police cell), his late PA - "E dey Work" (whom Mac abandoned when he fell sick till he died, only to give the deceased family a rejected ₦2m for his burial), et cetera. The list is endless. Recall, too, the Amawom guy he dehumanized and videoed in his nakedness/pant! Is this Mac not a Machiavelli?
Are these the celebrated political sagacity of the Amawom Machiavelli, sorry MacDonald? What is it thick in the humaneness of a leader who abandoned his aide to die, only to donate a rejected ₦2m for the burial of the same aide, his kindred brother? Who has he made with his highness without duping? Tufiakwaaaa!
It is better that the malaria day-dream of his succeeding Gov Hope Uzodimma die in the embryo, prenatally. How may it survive after the serial extortions of all the political office seekers who sought to be elected under him as the Chairman of APC in Imo State? These things are evident and at the point of determination, more questions shall be raised. No rebuttal can sail or avail.
Yes, we might not know who may become the successor of a successful Governor like Gov Hope Uzodimma. But we know who CAN NOT! MacDonald Ebere can not fly with his obvious loads of incredibility, immorality, fastidiousness, vindictiveness, pettiness, haughtiness and all other detestable weights that can sink even a political titanic ship.
